Having spent the last ten years travelling up and down the country learning and developing around Coaching, Client Centred Learning and Driver Psychology, lockdown seemed the perfect opportunity to put pen to paper and share some of that learning by way of the Meet The Standards ebooks and MTS Coaching Skills ebooks.

Hopefully these ebooks help, support and develop those who are looking to advance their own knowledge around CCL and coaching skills.

For myself I am hoping to continue my lifelong development in the coming years both inside and outside of the industry. I am currently finding that delivering education in the driver training industry to BTEC 4 standards a great source of fulfilment, whilst training PDI’s to deliver CCL tuition to their pupils is extremely rewarding and helping ADI’s to be successful in their Standards Check gives great variety and helps to ensure that I keep developing and adapting to new challenges.
